We produce Kolybelka semi-hard cheese using the best traditions of cheesemaking and a unique recipe. The pedigree cows consume the nutritious fodder made from the crops grown on the black fertile soils near the river Don. The cows produce high yields of raw milk, which is selected based on 29 parameters. The Grade A cheese milk is what Kolybelka semi-hard cheese its unique taste. The product has a distinct, slightly savory flavour, elastic and dense texture without holes.
