We produce Shchuchye semi-hard cheese using the best traditions of cheesemaking and a unique recipe. The pedigree cows consume the nutritious fodder made from the crops grown on the black fertile soils near the river Don. The cows produce high yields of raw milk, which is selected based on 29 parameters. The Grade A cheese milk is what gives Shchuchye semi-hard cheese its unique taste. The product has a distinct creamy flavour, moderately elastic texture with regular holes.
This semi-hard cheese is perfect to eat on its own and makes a delicious addition to salads, sandwiches, pizzas or hot pasta dishes.
